Grandma Palmer's Custard Rice Pudding

A sweet and satisfying custard that can be used for breakfast or dessert! We love this dish because it fills our home with the scent of nutmeg. Perfect for the holidays! 

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 cup steamed rice
1 tsp vanilla
Nutmeg 

Directions:
Mix ingredient, bake at 350 F for 45 mins
